- Maximum of 12 guests plus primary charterer for a total of 13 guests per charter, this is a USCG regulation
- Charter begins at the pickup time designated on your contract
- Photo ID and credit card required at pickup
- Passports required if you will traveling outside of your country of origin
- All vessels are 100% drug and smoke free. Some vessels may allow cigarette smoking on aft deck, varies by vessel
- All vessels include a captain, insurance, and slow speed fuel * High speed cruising will be charged extra
- Some pets allowed, varies by vessel. Please inquire when booking your charter for approval
- All vessels are equipped with life jackets, emergency, and first aid kits. Please bring any medications you may need while on charter
- Half day charter is 4 hours, a full day charter is 8 hours
